About Us

Gioia DeSimone

As our society becomes more sedentary and distracted by the demands of everyday life, there is an increasing pressure for modern medicine to provide an immediate “fix” for many physical problems with prescription medications and surgeries.  While conventional medical solutions may be necessary at times, I think that many structural and physical problems can be prevented with this type of less intrusive bodywork. I am eager to help people become more aware of what is going on their own bodies and educate them on how to retrain their bodies’ movements. I enjoy working on a wide range of people, and strive to provide service that can enhance healing, provide long term relief, ease of movement, and a heightened sense of self-awareness. I am passionate about my work and I hope to further help my clients understand their bodies and help them discover and maintain a healthier, happier life.”
